T. Scott: Editing and Peer Review
An ex-editor of the Journal of Medical Libraries Association comments that he regarded his job as editor to help authors present their ideas in the best possible way. This was a change from his original view that his job as editors was to look for errors. He said many authors submitted decent articles but the organization and clarity of their ideas needed improvement.
